Orders & Shipping

All orders placed at Dyno Diesels are processed the same day or the next day. Depending on any additional processing that needs to be done, the item will be shipped within the next 24 hours (monday-friday) after being processed unless custom tunes are ordered. You'll receive a confirmation email after the package has been shipped and any relating tracking information. After the package has shipped it generally takes 4 to 8 business days for the product(s) to arrive at your door. We do offer faster shipping options but does come at a higher cost. Shipping options such as overnight air, are selected during the checkout process. Additional shipping charges will be assessed depending on remote shipping location. Any remote locations along with any islands or anywhere air shipping is required will be charged the overnight shipping cost. Please select the overnight air option for correct shipping charge at checkout if you are in a remote location.

Return Policy

We understand the importance of clarity in our return procedures, both for our customers' peace of mind and for ensuring a smooth process. Below, we've outlined our updated guidelines to ensure terms are understood before purchase:

Order Modification

Once an order is placed, it undergoes immediate processing, including the generation and payment of a shipping label. This swift processing enables timely delivery but also means orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Already Shipped?

If you wish to make changes after your order has been dispatched but before receiving it, we kindly ask you to wait for delivery. Upon receipt, you can initiate a return according to our policy. While we may attempt to halt the shipment if contacted before leaving our facility, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable both ways as well as our processing fees for a total of 35%.

Initiating a Return

Obtaining RMA

Prior to initiating a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This helps us efficiently track and manage returns. To acquire an RMA, please contact our Customer Support desk either by email. Please note that returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA.

A. Returns for Tuners:

Eligibility:

Tuner must be in new condition and in original packaging. If product is used, we do not accept returns on any used products. All cancellations before being shipped out are subject to a 35% processing, shipping & credit card fees. If custom tuning was ordered with a vin it is EXEMPT from any returns. Please ensure you wish to purchase the items before you finish the checkout process. Generally once a order is placed it cannot be cancelled without a full shipping, restocking & credit card fees for a total of 35%. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNLESS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE PRODUCT!

PLEASE NOTE:
Tuners with Custom Tuning services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Most of our custom tuning kits that require a VIN # fall under this category and are ineligible for a return.

Faulty Tuner:

If your tuner is faulty due to reasons beyond your control, we will cover the return label cost. Also, If we send the wrong product(s), we will send the correct product at our expense with a return label to send back incorrect product.

B. Returns for Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:

Non-returnable Items:

We no longer accept returns for exhausts, race pipes, and certain items like EGR kits.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

‍

Exhausts & Race Pipes:

If your item is damaged more normal just dings or dents, we will provide a replacement part or a new product in severe cases of damage. In the event of an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for resolution.

EGR Kits:

Damaged or incomplete EGR kits will be replaced with necessary parts. For incorrect kits, we will promptly dispatch the correct one along with a prepaid return label for the mistaken item.‍‍

This off-road race only product ("this Product") is designed and intend for use in organized, amateur and professional racing events, but is limited to closed-course racing and open-course racing that is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization involving the motor vehicle in which it is installed (the "Vehicle"). It is not for use on public highways or roads nor is it for recreational off-road use other than solely for competition purposes. The person or entity buying this Product and/or using this Product (the "User") agrees to use the Vehicle solely for competition uses as described herein.

The User signing this disclaimer acknowledges and hereby indemnifies and saves harmless Dyno Diesels and any other business that is owned or works with Dyno Diesels. its officers, employees, agents, distributors and dealers for any damages, penalties, fines, expenses or other costs which may arise from the use of this product and without limiting the generality of the forgoing specifically acknowledges the following:

Use of this Product may be a violation of federal law and may violate local environmental, motor vehicle and other laws and should not be installed without consulting an attorney on your particular countries laws and regulations. The User also warrants that the product shall only be used in sanctioned closed-circuit events.

That use of this Product may violate warranties from the manufacturer of the Vehicle or from others.

That use of this Product may make the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for the purposes intended or for any purpose and cause personal injury, property damage or death.

That the installation of this Product, improper installation of this Product, use of this Product with other components or failure to use this Product in conjunction with other components, could result in or cause personal injury, property damage or death.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR OFFROAD, CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. THESE OFFROAD, CLOSED COURSE, RACE ONLY PRODUCTS ARE ONLY SOLD FOR CANADIAN USE AND INSTALL. ALL OTHER USES ARE CONTRARY TO FEDERAL LAW IN MANY OTHER COUNTRIES. IF YOU INTEND THIS PRODUCT FOR HIGHWAY OR NON-COMPETITION OFF-ROAD PURPOSES DO NOT PURCHASE OR INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
